Izhak Tamir
Chairman and CEO
Izhak Tamir has been President and a Director of Orckit since its founding in 1990, Chairman of the Board of Corrigent Systems since 2001 and Chief Executive Officer of Corrigent Systems since May 2007. Mr. Tamir has served as a Director of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. and of Scopus Video Networks since 2005. From 1987 until 1989, Mr. Tamir was employed by Comstream Inc., in San Diego, California. From 1985 until 1987, he was vice president of A.T. Communication Channels Ltd., a subsidiary of Bezeq - the Israel Telecommunications Corporation Ltd. From 1978 to 1985, he was a senior engineer in the Israeli Government.

Zvika Menahemi
COO
Mr. Menahemi has more than 15 years in communications R&D and has been responsible for Corrigent's software development since the company's inception. Previously, Mr. Menahemi was the director of research and development for Orckit Communications, where he was responsible for the development of Orckit's DSLAM product. Prior to joining Orckit, Mr. Menahemi was project manager for the Next Generation DLC (IAN) at ADC Teledata. He also held R&D positions at Lannet a leading switch vendor that was acquired by Avaya.

Eli Aloni
EVP Technology and Marketing
Eli Aloni has more than 18 years experience in various roles in the communications industry. Previously, Mr. Aloni served as VP System Engineering in Siliquent Technologies (acquired by Broadcom in 2005). Prior to that, Mr. Aloni was the founder of Frontalis Technologies. Mr. Aloni also previously served as CTO of Corrigent Systems since its inception, and as VP Planning in Orckit Communications, where he led the development of Orckit's DSLAM products. He also formerly held R&D positions in the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

Oren Tepper
Vice President, Corporate Sales
Mr. Tepper is responsible for corporate sales, business development, reseller and partner relationships. Prior to assuming his current position he was VP Business Development in Corrigent responsible for development of strategic alliances and global reseller agreements. Before Corrigent he was Regional Sales Director at Siemens Communications Fixed Networks (currently NSN) responsible for sales in APAC, Latin America and portions of Europe. Prior to Siemens, Mr. Tepper serve as Technical Sales Director for Speedwise, a start up company which was acquired by Orsus Solutions.

Akio Ogiso
Vice President Asia-Pacific
Mr. Ogiso has more than 13-years of experience in pre and post sales management in the telecommunication industry. He is responsible for the establishment and success of Corrigent KK and runs all sales and service for the APAC region. Prior to Corrigent Systems, he was Managing Director for Lucent Technologies responsible for Project Management, Technical Support and Operations in Japan.

Warren Roddy
Vice President Sales & Support - America
Mr. Roddy is a veteran telecommunications executive with more than 15 years experience in service provider sales. He is responsible for sales and service for Corrigent in North America. Prior to Corrigent Mr. Roddy was Senior Vice President for Worldwide Sales at Venturi Wireless and Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Pluris. He also held Vice President roles at Parigain and Cisco during their periods of rapid growth.

Oren Maymon
Vice President, Operations
Oren Maymon has served as Vice President, Operations of Corrigent Systems since March 2007. From 2000 to 2007, he served as a Purchasing Manager and as Planning and Supply Chain Director of Corrigent Systems. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Maymon served as a Purchasing Manager of Mobilecomm Communications Ltd.

Gady Rosenfeld
Vice President, Marketing
Gady Rosenfeld has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic planning, and is responsible for defining the marketing and product planning strategies for Corrigent Systems. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Rosenfeld led Corrigent's product marketing since its inception. Formerly, Mr. Rosenfeld served as a marketing and business development manager for Orckit Communications, where he led planning and market research initiatives. Prior to Orckit, Mr. Rosenfeld served as the head of a section responsible for strategic planning, operations research and systems analysis.

Yair Maor
Vice President, Customer Services
Mr. Maor is responsible for professional customer service activities, customer-related project management and Technical Support at Corrigent Systems. Prior to joining Corrigent, Mr. Maor served as Director of Corporate Business Development with Tadiran Communications, developing multi-disciplinary technology solutions with strategic and large international partners. Formerly, Mr. Maor has been the Director of Marketing and Customer Care with Orckit Communications, where he led Orckit's worldwide pre & post sales activities as well as tech-support.

Inbar Rozenberg
Vice President, Human Resources
Inbar Rozenberg joined Orckit Communications in 1996, bringing experience and finance expertise from several high-tech companies. In January 2001 Mrs. Rozenberg established Corrigent's HR and Benefit & Compensation Department. Mrs. Rozenberg is currently responsible for all HR, organizational development, training, benefit and compensation, and labor law issues for Corrigent worldwide.

Leon Bruckman
CTO
Leon Bruckman has more than 20 years of experience as a research and development leader and systems engineer in the telecommunications industry, with expertise in defining and developing data and voice transport systems. Mr. Bruckman joined Corrigent from Tadiran Telecommunications (acquired by ECI in 1998), where he served as director of research and development within the Access Division. Prior to his work at Tadiran, Mr. Bruckman was vice president of research and development and system engineering at HyNEX, which was acquired by Cisco in 2000. Mr. Bruckman holds four patents in telecom and was awarded the Leah Lavi award in 1993 for co-developing a method to improve bandwidth utilization in access networks.

Ophir Fuchs
Vice President, Research and Development
Ophir Fuchs has more than 13 years experience as R&D manager and in software development. Since 2005, Mr. Fuchs served as Software Director and was responsible for the development of the CM-100 software. Before that, Mr. Fuchs held key positions within Corrigent Systems since its establishment. Previously, Mr. Fuchs held R&D positions at Orckit Communications.

Uri Shalom
Vice President, Finance
Uri Shalom has more than 13 years experience in financial positions. Mr. Shalom joined Orckit Communications in 1998, and managed the finance department of Corrigent since its inception in 2000. Prior to joining Orckit, Mr. Shalom served as a CPA for Kesselman & Kesselman, PricewaterhouseCoopers' Israel office.
